High strength 14-gauge beams. 3 inch high x 1-1/2" step beams accommodate cross bars and decking. Lock automatically snaps into place and secures. To select load beam determine the desired length by adding a minimum of 10" to two pallet widths or 14" to three pallet widths. Additional spacing may be required for pallets with excessive load overhang. Ensure that each pair of beams is capable of supporting the weight of the pallets per level. Beam is used in pairs and sold by piece. Full welded roll formed industrial teardrop pallet rack upright standard teardrop design has center-reinforcing rib and provides heavier bracing for additional strength and rigidity and impact resistance. High-strength steel is used certified to meet the strictest specifications. Durable heavy 14 gauge steel one piece box-formed reinforced upright frame punched 2" on centers for maximum adjustability and 14 or 16 gauge beams for different capacity and years of service. Step down beam design accommodates cross bars and decking. 4" x 4-1/4" x 12 gauge welded base plate anchors upright to floor and distributes weight evenly. The Starter Units include two upright frames and two pairs of beams. Add-On Units include one upright frame and two pairs of beams.
